GRR!!

I am using this blog to vent my feelings for the second round mock trial judge we had. Everything is just going wrong. My team is all there but the other team is short a lawyer. So we start and someone walks in. He does a direct then leaves!! Oh and they never even got to finish there opening. Then a girl on there team asks to use the bathroom during trial!! What is this team thinking? So trial goes on for a little bit longer and we object. The opposing council is trying to say her way out of it. We no what is the rule out of it but she clearly doesn't. So the judge goes are you talking about party-opponent? Well she trying to but doesn't no it and you just cant give it to her then!!! Its totally not fair. You cant give it to them. Then through out the trial he is giving advice..you cant do that. So finally the other lawyer comes back in from being who nos where and gives a cross. He is assuming things that have happened during trial! But he doesn't no. So then at the end its time for the critic. I love to hear what i have done wrong or need to improve on so i can get my things down for section play. But no the judge just sits there and yells at us. None of us no where this is coming from because he looked like he was sleeping the whole time. So he were sitting there while he is yelling and he tells me something that i cant say in my closing statement but i clearly can and i no that. It was the worst trial i have gone through. Then on top we lost and that is something that i will ponder forever.
